Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1 - 2 Business days to process your order. Expect an email within 1 Business day to let you know your order is on the way!
STORE PICKUP - 671 Gladstone Dr, Woodstock, ON
Orders can be picked up daily, from 9am to 10PM (depending on the day) message us for clarification on pickup time and date. An email/website account message will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
LOCAL DELIVERY/MEET UP
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to
shipping" button. Local delivery may be available for addresses within 30 - 50 KM (For a small fee) depending on the direction of the address from our shop.
If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order may not eligible for local delivery, but feel free to message us about it.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed before 3PM during store hours will be processed and shipped the same or next day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed the next day or following day after that. When your order is ready for packaging and shipping, you will receive an email/website message with pictures and confirmation of shipment.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Canada Post's letter mail service (PWE)/Oversize Letter Mail service is typically 2 - 8 days in Canada, but may take longer. US and International orders may take up to 28 days depending on where you are located.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout. Please reach out to us if shipping seems to much. We have Canada Post and Purolator as shipping options, but we are looking to move forward with Chit Chats to minimize shipping cost for our customers.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom
But again if shipping seems to much please reach out to us and we can move forward with Chit Chats to minimize shipping cost for you.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. FindersKeepersTCG is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns as all sales are final.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at OfficalFindersKeepers@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
